Delta Gamma means more than just wearing the letters on our chest and attending meetings and events. It means everlasting sisterhood, friendship, leadership and lifetime commitment. It is a truly rewarding experience that only a select few are fortunate enough to have. “Do good” is not only the motto of Delta Gamma, but it is now the motto by which we strive to live our lives. Delta Gamma’s purpose is to inculcate in all of its members a respect for the enduring values to be gained from the fraternity. These being friendship, intelligence and good will. These are all values our founders instilled in themselves when they founded Delta Gamma in 1873, and they are values the fraternity continues to instill in our sisters. Delta Gamma is an opportunity of a lifetime.
